Zucchini Apple Bread

This zucchini bread is made with fresh apples and has a lovely sweetness to it. Make this for your family today. It should be quite a hit with the kids. This recipe requires the following ingredients,

 

Ingredients:

1. 200 grams of white sugar

2. a teaspoon of Mccormick's pure vanilla extract.

3. Eight tablespoons of Pure Wesson vegetable oil.

4. Half a teaspoon of salt.

5. Half a teaspoon of Tone's ground cinnamon.

6. Two full cups of zucchini, chopped well.

7. Five ounces (or) 1 cup of apples, peeled and diced.

8. 450 grams of King Arthur all purpose flour.

9. Half a tablespoon of Deerfield baking soda.

10. Four eggs.

11. Eight tablespoons (or) two ounces of chopped walnuts.

12. 200 grams of brown sugar.

 

Preparation:

1. Power on the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

2. Take two bread pans and smear the sides and base of the pans with some butter.

3. Now, take a big vesel and add in the eggs, pure wesson vegetable oil, white sugar, Mccormick's vanilla extract and brown sugar. Mix these ingredients well and leave the mixture aside.

4.  Now take another vessel and add into it the all purpose flour, ground cinnamon and deerfield baking soda. Mix the ingredients well and transfer the mixture into the egg mixture. Mix the entire mixture well and then fold in the chopped zucchini, diced apple and the walnuts. Your zucchini bread mixture is now ready and you can place it in the oven.

5. Place the bread pans in the oven and let it bake for about 60 minutes or till done. Let the zucchini apple bread cool for about 15 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to complete cooling.
